• Arrival and Registration at the Sleep Inn & Suites beginning at 1:00pm
• Trap / Sporting Clay open from 1:00pm until 4:00pm
• Friday Reception (meet and greet with hunters and guides)4:30pm
• Governors Reception at 4-H Building 5:00pm to 8:00pm
• Doors open at 5:00pm – Cash Bar, Hors d’oeuvres
• Buffet Dinner at 6:30pm
• Program and Live Auction / Drawings
• Award Winning Ricochet’s Heath Wright & Friends 8:30 pm at Oakley High School Auditorium

Saturday, November 19, 2011

• Breakfast at Hotel 6:00am to 8:00am
• Hunters and Guides convene and depart for the field by 8:30am
• Governor’s Hunt 9:00am to 4:00pm
• Snacks, field lunch and beverages provided
• Guides, hunters and birds to determine actual duration of the hunt
• Bird cleaning and packaging at Mitten’s (Dinkle building)
• Trap / Sporting Clay open from 1:00pm until 4:00pm
• For those not participating in the hunt:
  • Football on the large screen at the Country Club or Hotel meeting room
  • Golf (weather permitting)
  • Shopping
  • Health spa
  • Drive the byway, trip to Monument Rocks or nature conservancy.
• Awards Dinner at Oakley Country Club 6:00pm
• Doors open at 6:00pm – Cash Bar and Hors d’oeuvres
• Buffet Dinner at 7:00pm
• Awards and Live Auction approx 7:45pm
