• Guide, Landowner and Hunter Reception at 6:00pm

Friday, November 16, 2012

• Breakfast at Hotel 6:00am to 8:00am
• Arrival and Registration beginning at 9:00am
• Governor’s “Sporting Clay Tournament” from 9:00am to 3:00pm
• Open Trap Shooting from 9:00am to 3:00pm
• Hunter and Guide Meeting 3:30pm
• Team Photos 4:30pm to 5:30pm
• Governor’s Reception - Community Event 6:00pm to 10:00pm – BBQ Dinner, Live & Silent Auction, In Concert: Joey and Rory 

Saturday, November 17, 2012

• Breakfast at Hotel 6:00am to 8:00am
• Hunters and Guides convene and depart for the field by 8:30am
• Governor’s Hunt 9:00am to 4:00pm
  • Snacks, field lunch and beverages provided
  • Guides, hunters and birds determine actual duration of the hunt
  • Bird cleaning and packaging at Mitten’s
• Awards Dinner 6:00pm to 10:00pm – Musical performance by top country music songwriter Rivers Rutherford
