WIHA
The Walk-In Hunting Access (WIHA) program provides hunting access to private property, mostly for upland game bird hunting. Some areas have opportunities for deer, waterfowl and squirrel hunting as well. Contract dates run from September 1st or November 1st through January 31st. Areas are posted with WIHA signs. Currently there are more than 2,000,000 acres in the WIHA program.
